Supernova Wisdom Council

The wisdom council is comprised of a hand-selected group of women who met the following criteria:

  • Have decades of specific expertise and leadership in their own areas

  • Committed to mentoring and uplifting other women on their journeys

    Kirsten Chapman is a founding executive team member of Indigo Books & Music, where she served as the retailer's first Chief Marketing Officer. During her tenure, Kirsten led the customer-facing teams, including marketing, e-commerce, loyalty, and merchandising, ultimately rising to the position of President and Chief Customer Officer. Kirsten also advises start-ups.

About Kena

In addition to founding All You Are, Kena spent 20+ years in the retail industry at brands like Joe Fresh, Indigo, Old Navy & Banana Republic and also co-founded BRIKA, a start-up that was recently acquired. In her last full-time role, Kena was the VP of Merchandising for Seth Rogen’s lifestyle company, Houseplant, where she led to launch of their award-winning accessories line. She has now dedicated her next chapter to supporting women to step into all that they are through her company, All You Are.

  • This membership is designed for women with a professional background, whether as entrepreneurs or in the corporate world. The emphasis is not on your current job title but on where you’re headed for, in the next era of your life!

  • We are currently open for enrollment!

  • The in person gatherings are in addition to all the magic that happens in the virtual community. We have members all over -Houston, LA, Vancouver, Montreal. If you’re able to attend a live event you are welcome, they are ticketed! But if you can’t you will receive huge value within the virtual community. It is priced to stand on its own.

  • Supernova is an annual membership so that all members are committed to co-building an amazing community of women! You may be refunded only if you change your mind within the first 7 days of your enrollment into the membership.

  • You can submit your application here. The application form takes about 5 minutes. Within 1-2 days you will receive a note if accepted and a link to complete your payment.

  • Yes and yes! Supernova is an investment in your personal growth and professional development, whether you are in the corporate world or an entrepreneur. Ask us if you need a letter to request that your membership get covered by your employer.

  • The age of the women inside Supernova ranges from 35-63 with the average around 48, but it’s really about mindset and life stage. Supernova attracts women who are ready to step into expansion and want the next chapter to be their best yet.

  • We are at 95+ members and growing (we only update this question once in a while :))

  • We currently have members across Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Montreal, New York, California, Arkansas, Texas and New Zealand and rapidly expanding!
