Here’s how it would work:
One 90-minute kick-off session to clarify your vision, align your offers, and revenue strategy (sales and BD)
7 bi-weekly 60-minute coaching sessions on Zoom to help you prioritize activity and move forward with accountability and support
Ongoing voice + text + email support between sessions for feedback, and questions
Shared Google Doc to track goals, decisions, and to-dos
Light review of assets (sales copy, decks, website, social media posts etc) to make sure your brand and message are clear and compelling
Access to my network and curated resources –referrals, tools, and connections to support your growth
