One Year Later…

So much can happen in a year…

Join me as I reconnect with my very first podcast guests, Catherine Choi, Founder of SoYoung and Alyssa Kerbel, Founder of mini mioche (and now The Kind Human Club) one year after our first conversations.

Let this virtual gathering also be an invitation to consider what your one year later story might be.

Hosted by Kena Paranjape, Founder of All You Are and host of the podcast, Be All You Are.

One Year Later Features

Catherine is the founder of SoYoung, a thoughtfully-made lifestyle goods brand that specialises in the loveliest lunch bags, backpacks and beauty cases. Beyond being an entrepreneur and mother, Catherine is truly a spiritual warrior. In her 20’s, Catherine got clean from a drug addiction that easily could have led her down a very different path. Catherine has a deep interest in exploring different healing modalities and pushing her own boundaries and comfort zone. She most recently climbed the Cotopaxi volcano in Ecuador (we’re talking 19347 feet!). She is also a dear friend and a huge inspiration!

Catherine Choi

Alyssa is the founder of mini mioche, the locally and sustainably made, kids apparel brand which she just recently sold. Now, Alyssa has pursued her dream of creating an IRL community of kinds humans through her Toronto-based Kind Human Club. This beautiful, thoughtful space opened just this year and already hosts gatherings meant to heal, connect and inspire. Alyssa is lifetime entrepreneur, mother, and a soul-sister. Like Catherine, she has and continues to deeply motivate and inspire me with her willingness to embrace the journey, but most importantly bring others along with her.

Alyssa Kerbel

Kena is the founder of All You Are, an empowerment platform and community for women. Through her programs, workshops, speaking and podcast, Kena mentors and inspires women (and especially serving women 35+) to step into all they are. Kena had 20+ years of experience in retail, both as an executive and start-up founder for brands like Indigo, Joe Fresh and Gap Inc. Kena was most recently the VP of Merchandising at Seth Rogen's company, Houseplant, where she was responsible for bringing to market their award-winning cannabis accessories collection. She has a BSc from McGill and an MBA from the University of Toronto. She is the host of the podcast Be All You Are.
